About CELTA

CELTA stands for “Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults”. It is the original certificate course in teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) or teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL), and it has been running for four decades. It is highly respected and recognized globally, with 7 out of 10 employers worldwide asking applicants to have it.

International House Bucharest (IHB) is happy to invite you to attend our series of coffee talks with teachers of English who want to

The first coffee talk is taking place on Friday, 31 May 2019. Its facilitator is Alex Tilbury, a London-born CELTA and DELTA trainer who has taught in Germany, the UK, Poland, India, South Africa, the Czech Republic and Romania, and authored English Unlimited, a general coursebook for adults published by Cambridge University Press.
