includes 100 hours of training input and observed teaching practice

provides training in classroom management, lesson planning, accessing YL teaching resources and materials, YL teaching techniques
is delivered by visiting native trainers
IHCYLT stands for International House Certificate in Teaching Young Learners and Teenagers, and it is the equivalent of Cambridge University’s CELTYL (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Young Learners).
is a 2-week intensive methodology course
includes 30 hours of input sessions, 2 written assignments, 3 hours of observed teaching practice, 6 hours of classroom observation and at least 7 portfolio tasks
is delivered by visiting native trainers
is a 4-week intensive methodology course
is supervised by Cambridge Assessment English
includes 120 contact hours (input, feedback, tutorials), 6 hours of teaching practice and 4 assignments
provides training about the teaching/learning context, language analysis, language skills, teaching skills, planning and resources
is delivered by experienced international trainers
NOTA BENE: IHB is currently one out of only two language centres authorised by Cambridge Assessment English to run the CELTA course in Romania.
