Alex Tilbury

was born in London and he has worked as a teacher and teacher trainer in Germany, the UK, India, Poland, the Czech Republic, South Africa and Romania. Alex is a reviewer for Modern English Teacher and the co-author of English Unlimited, a general English coursebook for adults, published by Cambridge University Press. Alex is also an inspector for IH World Organisation, making sure that IH schools all over the world comply with the quality standards and conduct code of IH. At IH Bucharest, Alex is in charge of maintaining and developing high teaching standards by organising intensive training and workshops for the teachers, as well as by conducting formal observations of both in-house and in-company classes.
