Hello! This is my story.

Iulia Lehner (aka Julie) is a passionate and dynamic teacher and teacher trainer, specializing in CELTA and DELTA courses. With experience teaching EFL and ESL across all levels, she has a strong background in Business English, particularly in one-to-one settings. Early in her teaching career, Julie discovered her love for mentoring new teachers, which led her to pursue the DELTA and transition into teacher training.
Her journey took her across Europe and Central Asia, where she played a pivotal role in setting up new courses and training centers. Her teaching and training adventures honed her interest in experience design, and by constantly pushing boundaries, she introduced innovative approaches to course design, scheduling, teaching practice, and group dynamics on CELTA and DELTA courses.
Now based in Bucharest, Julie travels frequently, offering bespoke training courses and speaking at conferences all over the world.
