Alex Tilbury

Alex Tilbury is a teacher, teacher trainer and author. He was born near London but is now based in Poland, where he started his teaching career in 1997, and works as a trainer on CELTA and DELTA courses and as a DELTA assessor for Cambridge English. He has been working with the teacher training team at IH Bucharest since 2005, and has tutored teacher training courses for centres in various countries around the world including the Czech Republic, Germany, South Africa, Turkey and the UK. He is also a writer and reviewer of methodological materials for Cambridge University Press and co-author of the English Unlimited, a six-level coursebook series for adult learners of English.
